Tolyltriazole is used among others as corrosion inhibitor for non-ferrous metal in fields of cooling lubricants, metalworking and hydraulic fluid as well as cleaning and defrosting liquid/anti-freeze. Furthermore Tolyltriazol is used as additive in water treatment.
